Wenzhou local variety, late maturing, with shallowly split leaves, horizontal spreading of leaf clusters, strong tillering of aboveground parts, inverted lanceolate outer leaves, light green leaves, and a single plant weight of about 1.5kg. This variety has strong adaptability, high yield, cold resistance, less stem and leaf fiber, fine, tender and strong taste. It is mainly used for pickling and processing into pickles for storage and regulating the supply of vegetables in the market.

The planting area is generally sown from August to September, raised and transplanted. The seedling age is about 25 days. From sowing to harvest, it takes about 180 days. About 3000 plants are planted per mu, with a yield of about 2500kg per mu. This variety is susceptible to virus disease, so we should pay attention to aphid prevention and rotation. In fertilizer and water management, we should pay attention to frequent topdressing, light first and then thick, and water in time.
